Checking in with a booking
1. Enter your name or the reservation number at the check-in terminal.
2. Follow the instructions on the display.

Checking in without a booking
If you have not yet booked your accommodation, you can check at the check-in terminal to see whether there is still a room available for you.

The Löwencenter multi-storey car park is available right next to the Hotel Ambassador. As a Hotelclient you have a special reduced flat fee of CHF 25.00 for 24 hours. Important: The Parkingticket needs to be exchanged at the Hotel Front office.
