We loved Lucerne, the lake, the views, the mountains and the town were spectacular and the boat and train trip to Lugano were amazing.

We enjoyed our short stay in Lucerne during the Autumn break. The hotel provided us with the Zone 10 tickets which comes with discounts for tourist attractions. We also spent the whole day at Mt. Pilatus which was very nice.

it was ok, clean rooms, good location. The breakfast was okay as well, not much of a choice though. The biggest issue was the room - it was very hot, like sauna, because of the sun. We didn't realize that was the case when we checked in so we didn't ask for another room straight away. A few hours later we went to the reception to complain, they only gave us a second fan and an apology (both of which did nothing to help us with the heat).

Un hôtel très bien situé : proche de la gare et à deux pas du centre historique. Laccueil a été chaleureux. La chambre était très calme. Seul bémol : les matelas n'étaient pas très confortables.

Wir waren schon oft Gästen im De La Paix und im Ambassador Hotel in Luzern. Die Hauptstrasse ist zwar sehr laut, aber die Lage ist eben für Luzern unschlagbar. Das 3* Hotel ist noch gut in Schuss und das Personal versucht alles um diesen Eindruck beizubehalten. Wir kommen immer wieder !

Supermarket or shopping center is also.close to this hotel.
